UNSUPPORTED ACTIVITIES:

AZCAPTCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY CLIENT ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTICE IF, BY ITS SOLE JUDGEMENT, AZCAPTCHA DETERMINES THAT THE CLIENT IS ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES THAT NEGATIVELY AFFECT SERVICE LEVELS. EXAMPLES OF THESE HARMFUL ACTIVITIES ARE:

 

USING AZCAPTCHA'S API IN WAYS THAT NEGATIVELY AFFECTS THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
CONSTANTLY SUBMITTING IMAGES THAT ARE UNREADABLE.
EXPLOITING IN ANY WAY THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT COMPENSATION.
EXPLOITING THE SERVICE FUNCTION USED TO CLAIM IMAGES AS INCORRECTLY SOLVED.

 

OWNERSHIP OF A AZCAPTCHA ACCOUNT:

ALL ACCOUNTS CREATED IN AZCAPTCHA REMAIN AS SOLE PROPERTY OF AZCAPTCHA, AND ITS PARENT COMPANY. SHARING ACCOUNT DETAILS, SELLING AND RESELLING ACCOUNTS, AND SELLING AWARDED COUPONS IS PROHIBITED. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION.

 

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:

EVEN THOUGH CUSTOMERS MAY SUBMIT UNSUPPORTED IMAGES, AND AZCAPTCHA WILL DO IT'S BEST EFFORT TO SOLVE SAID IMAGES IN A TIMELY FASHION, THE SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT WON'T COVER ANY UNSUPPORTED IMAGES AND WON'T BE AVAILABLE DURING DATES INCLUDED IN THE MAINTENANCE AND HOLIDAYS CALENDAR. AZCAPTCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INCLUDE UNSUPPORTED IMAGES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE.

PRIVACY POLICY:

AZCAPTCHA ADHERES TO PRIVACY LAWS OF ANY COUNTRY. THUS, AZCAPTCHA AGREES NOT TO SELL OR MAKE FOR RENT ANY EMAIL AND ANY OTHER CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA RECORDED UPON SIGN-UP.

 

Closing Your Account

You or AZCaptcha may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by giving Notice to the other party. We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with or without cause. We won’t refund or reimburse you if there’s cause, like a violation of these Terms. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it. If you don’t log in to your account for 12 or more months, we may treat your account as "inactive" and permanently delete the account and all the data associated with it. If you want close and delete all accoung information you can send request to [email protected] we will contact again to confirm and if your account can keep information upto 90 days if make payment via creditcard or paypal to manager billing

 

 

REFUND POLICY:

REFUNDS ARE DISCRETIONARY AND A DECISION WILL BE MADE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. WHERE YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US, THE PARTICULAR PROVISIONS RELATING TO YOUR LIABILITY ON TERMINATION WILL APPLY.

WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND MONEY USED IN SUBMITTED AND DECODED CAPTCHAS. ONCE ANY CAPTCHA IS SUBMITTED AND SOLVED, THAT SALE IS FINAL AND IS NON REFUNDABLE. HOWEVER, IF YOU FEEL YOUR REQUEST DESERVES AN EXCEPTION YOU MAY SEND YOUR REQUEST THROUGH THE AFOREMENTIONED PROTOCOL AND OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL REVISE IT TO MAKE A FAIR DECISION.
